Thick Studded Metal Letters – Custom Font Decor

These metal letters are made out of 3/16" thick steel and have 2" studs welded on the backs. They are perfect for creating a custom raised or floating sign, or for customers who do not want their metal sign letters to have visible screw heads. Our previous customers have incl restaurants, commercial offices, boutiques, salons, art studios, coffee shops, and more.

This listing is for 3" to 5" tall letters. For larger letters, please message us for a quote.
Price is per character.

We will send you a design proof when we receive your order. You have 48 hours to review the design proof and make any changes before your order goes into production. Each letter is made to order from American-made steel.

ABOUT THE COATING
These letters are intended for interior applications only.
Raw Steel + Clear Coat letters will have the raw steel visible and have a clear coat for extra protection.

Interior Grade Powdercoated letters will arrive with powdercoating on the face only.
Satin Black and Metallic Bronze are available in this listing.
Brass/Gold and Satin White are an additional $25 per every 10 letters.

We can also use your own custom font. *

We also have a cursive font available – message us for a price quote. For orders with upper and lowercase letters, or all lowercase letters, the font size will be for the tallest letters in the text. All other letters will be the standard proportional size.

We can also do symbols like . & $ @ or whatever else you might need.

STUDS + INSTALLATION
The incl studs will be 2 threaded studs welded to the back of each letter. Typically a letter will have 2 to 4 studs each. Letters with thin lines (less than thick) may not have enough surface area to weld a stud on the back. Please feel free to inquire prior to purchase. 1 spacers are also available for additional cost. Letters with spacers need lines at least 1/2" thick.

We offer printed paper mounting templates to help make installation easier – the price will vary depending on the size of your letters. Please message us for a quote.

LETTER SIZE
This listing is for 3, 4, or 5 tall letters. The width measurement will vary by letter. If you are trying to work with a specific size space, please message us your text, letter size, font, and the size of the space you are working with. We can create larger letters as well – just message us.

PROCESSING TIME
We cut out our steel letter orders in bulk about once a week. If you need your order sooner than the quoted production time, please message us and we can create a custom listing to add a rush to your order.
