Return Policy and Shipping:

Please report any damage to item(s) shipped within 3 days of receipt.

We provide refunds but ask that the buyer contacts us within 7 days of delivery, require that the buyer pays return shipping, and charge a 20% re-stock fee.

Sorry, we do not accept returns for custom orders. The customer is responsible for any brokerage fees incurred when items cross the Canada to US border.
